Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole
Equipment
- 1 9x13 Casserole Dish
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts cubed
- 1 Lbs Bacon
- 2 Heads Broccoli
- 2 cups Mozza-Cheddar Cheese shredded
Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup Homemade Mayo see below for link
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Dill Weed dried
- 1/2 tsp Parsley dried
- 1/2 tsp Chives dried
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Spicy Pepper Medley
- 3 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 410℉
- Add the pound of bacon to a baking sheet and place in the oven for 12-18 minutes (varies by oven)
- While the bacon is cooking, sprinkle the chicken with Spicy Pepper Medley. Add oil to a skillet, cook up the chicken.
- Once the bacon is cooked, remove from oven, let cool, then dice.
- In a 9x13 casserole dish add the chicken, broccoli, and bacon.
- In a jar, add all ingredients for the ranch dressing and then shake.
- Pour dressing over top of the casserole. Toss the casserole to ensure the dressing coats all the chicken and broccoli.
- Top with cheese.
- Reduce oven to 350℉ and bake for 35 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
