Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole
This is a simple recipe made with seasoned chicken, delicious bacon, and yummy broccoli. Tossed in a homemade ranch dressing and topped with cheese, it comes together quickly and is a deliciously hearty meal that serves well when made in advance.

- 4 Chicken Breasts cubed
- 1 Lbs Bacon
- 2 Heads Broccoli
- 2 cups Mozza-Cheddar Cheese shredded
Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup Homemade Mayo see below for link
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Dill Weed dried
- 1/2 tsp Parsley dried
- 1/2 tsp Chives dried
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Spicy Pepper Medley
- 3 tsp Lemon Juice
Preheat oven to 410℉
Add the pound of bacon to a baking sheet and place in the oven for 12-18 minutes (varies by oven)
While the bacon is cooking, sprinkle the chicken with Spicy Pepper Medley. Add oil to a skillet, cook up the chicken.
Once the bacon is cooked, remove from oven, let cool, then dice.
In a 9x13 casserole dish add the chicken, broccoli, and bacon.
In a jar, add all ingredients for the ranch dressing and then shake.
Pour dressing over top of the casserole. Toss the casserole to ensure the dressing coats all the chicken and broccoli.
Top with cheese.
Reduce oven to 350℉ and bake for 35 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
