Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Equipment

  • 1 Muffin Tin
  • 12 Silicone Liners Paper liners work too

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Cups Pastry Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Bananas Medium
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Butter Softened
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375℉
  • Line muffin pan with silicone liners.
  • Combine sugar, bananas, egg, butter, and vanilla.
  • Add dry ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Spoon into muffin pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven and let cook for 10 minutes before removing muffins from the pan. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Substitute pastry flour for all-purpose, or even whole wheat flour!
  • If you don't have silicone liners, you can purchase some here. Alternatively, paper liners work just fine!
  • You can substitute the chocolate chips for your favorite chips (white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, dark chocolate chips, etc).
