Mixed Berry Jam

Homemade Mixed Berry Jam

This is a delicious jam made in small batches so you don't have to can and store any (unless you want to of course!). Made with just 3 simple ingredients, I'm sure this jam will quickly become a family favorite.
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 35 minutes
Total Time 40 minutes
Servings 2 Cups

  • 2 1/4 Cups Mixed Berries Fresh
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup Honey Raw, Unpasteurized

  • In a medium saucepan, add the fruit, lemon juice, and honey.
  • Bring to a light boil and stir frequently. Reduce heat and allow to reduce for 30 minutes.
  • Optional Step: Mash the fruit after about 15 minutes.
  • The jam is done when you scrape the bottom of the pan and the jam does not immediately return to fill the void.
  • Place in a mason jar or sealable container. Enjoy!

This jam is good for up to 3 weeks in the fridge.
