Homemade Mixed Berry Jam
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 Cups Mixed Berries Fresh
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Honey Raw, Unpasteurized
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, add the fruit, lemon juice, and honey.
- Bring to a light boil and stir frequently. Reduce heat and allow to reduce for 30 minutes.
- Optional Step: Mash the fruit after about 15 minutes.
- The jam is done when you scrape the bottom of the pan and the jam does not immediately return to fill the void.
- Place in a mason jar or sealable container. Enjoy!
