- 1 Tbsp Dried chamomile flowers
- 1 Tsp Dried lavender flowers
- 1 Tsp Dried lemon balm leaves
- 1 Tsp Honey raw, unpasturized
- 1 Slice Fresh lemon optional, for garnish
- 2 Cups Water
