- 1 Tbsp Dried Thyme (2 tbsp fresh thyme)
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a mug. Add boiled water.
Let steep for 15 minutes.
Drink 2-3 times a day for optimal effectiveness.
