This herbal infusion is perfect for helping to relieve symptoms of cold and flu. Made with thyme, cinnamon, and honey. Drink 2-3 times a day every day to improve or prevent symtoms.

Equipment

  • 1 Loose Tea Infuser French Press works well too

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Dried Thyme (2 tbsp fresh thyme)
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a mug. Add boiled water.
  • Let steep for 15 minutes.
  • Drink 2-3 times a day for optimal effectiveness.
